Another bout of heavy rain has arrived and is coming in semi-horizontally…this is a very heavy squall here. Winds are gusting with more strength and frequency. The rain’s so heavy I can barely see to the top of Rutledge Tower right now. Ashley Ave. has suddenly started to go underwater…I think these conditions will be with us until 5.
