While I wasn’t one of the auctionees, it seems that it was a serious success. Miss Meghann — don’t fret — you were awesome tonight. Great job being the emcee — I was quite pleasantly surprised at the reaction you all got. It was great. I wish I could have donated some cashola. :( Oh well…next year, for sure. It was for a good cause, too — the Women’s Studies program at CofC is up-and-coming, do a lot to spread awareness of gender issues in our society (as one may imagine, they still are VERY prevalent) and are great people. I would know, I set up most of the computers for them. :) I heard they raised a pretty healthy amount of money, so congrats to them! :)
Last night also consisted of wearing sunglasses inside and debating which NFL football team was crappier. LOL. Very interesting night for sure, and I am absolutely paying for it this morning. But I NEEDED it.
By the way, I didn’t approve this cold front coming through — it’s VERY chilly out, and that’s NOT cool. Somehow.
